Advanced Research Strategies

Take a look at one of my third year projects. This project focused on conducting in-depth research to form a feasibility report into my chosen building and design concept of my Negotiated Major Project. The research I conducted explored everything from the location of the building, floor plans, my design concept and the pros and cons of the project. My feasibility report is based around me designing a sustainable boutique hotel at Merchants Warehouse, Castlefield, Manchester.

Negotiated Major Project

Take a look at my final third year project. This project focused on designing a sustainable boutique hotel in Merchants Warehouse, Manchester from start to finish. The hotel I have designed focuses on a industrial, biophilic aesthetic with all materials, finishes, equipment and general aspects of the hotel heavily focusing on sustainability and also touching on wellbeing.
